Unless every email is moderated, occasionally something can get through.? How often does it occur?? A couple of times a year and members are immediately told to delete the content and the email and content are also deleted from the group home.

"A couple times a year" is a couple times too many.

It seems to me that groups.io is in no position to play fast and loose with this in the interest of maintaining some form of goodwill. Ignoring the problem causes legal exposure for Mark and puts?every group here?in jeopardy. This may seem an unlikely outcome, but it only has to happen once.
