I use gmail and in webmail put a filter in for the group name in the subject line with the request "Never send it to Spam".
I use Thunderbird as an email client and in there have Message Rules to put group mail into its separate folders.

So not adding people to the address book, but putting in place that group "xyl" (as it appears in subject lines) is not put into the Spam folder.

Am I mistaken that at one time the "From" address in emailed messages masked the sender's address?? (ie, it listed something like @ as the sender?)

I am seeing an issue because of members' messages suddenly being dumped into my Junk mail folder.? This means I need to enter each e-dress into my contacts -- I see no way to whitelist all messages.? Obviously, this would be onerous to whitelist every member's e-dress!!
