We had issues on our enterprise account with bouncing members.? Mark can speak more to what happened there (it was a server issue, not a groups.io issue) so we had to move our server and it’s basically solved the problem.?

If anyone has a message they send out to their members about “whitelisting” email addresses that might be something you can post regularly to keep those bouncing members at bay.
