I've wondered too. I assume it has something to do with how they are accessed at Yahoo, that Groups.io either couldn't or never figured out how to get them.

When you create or edit a table there is a special "link" column type.
Columns of this type have a two-part entry: the URL itself and a text description.
That should work, did you use that or just a plain text column?

They appear as a table with a single custom column, named "Link" of type "Link".
I'm not sure what happens if the Links area in the Y!Group had folders, my groups didn't have that many links. Perhaps the folder names become another column.
