Duane, I did not get such an email from groups.io. My renewal date is October 21, so 30 days-prior has passed by a week.
I expect many folks upgraded by October 21 as that was the Premium price increase date.

You should get an email 30 days before it expires, then renewal should be automatic unless you remove your payment method (card).
