It sounds like you have the address wrong, and/or are not logged in to Groups.io. Try going here:

/

If that page shows you a list of your group memberships then click on the group you wish to visit.

If that page shows you general information about Groups.io then you are not logged in. When you log in, be sure to use the same email address that you used when you created your group. Then go back to that page.

Actually, after I created group it seemed normal, but then I decided
to set how subgroups work, and created subgroup which I also set to be
private. After that I was unable to access group or subgroup.

Creating a subgroup does change the address (both web and email) for your group, but the old address should still work - it should automatically redirect you to the new address. And in any case, the group should be in your group list (at the link above).
