how to enable subscribers to send messages without approval

Thanks in advance for anyone¡¯s advice on this issue.

On the Admin/Settings/Spam Control, I have checked ¡°Restricted Membership,¡± and no other restrictions.? Sometimes, members can send messages to each other, no problem.? But more often than not, I, as the owner/moderator, receive a request from groups.io to approve a message a member wants to send.? In several cases, the person who tried to send the message was ME, sending the message from MY computer, from which I set up the group and which I use to manage the group.

I have looked and looked at the Settings section under ¡°Admin.¡± ??I can¡¯t find any adjustment to make to allow members -- including me -- to send messages without requiring approval.?
