No, for the simple reason that no mail will be sent to them, so there is nothing
to bounce.
It does make weeding out "dead" emails that much harder; as a first step you will have to go through your membership list to find out who has and who has not posted recently, for some indeterminate value of "recently". Even then the only valid conclusion is that they haven't posted of late.
