The cover photo is rescaled to 300 pixels in the vertical dimension, or
900 pixels in the horizontal dimension. So if you want the image to span
the width of the page you must provide an image with at least a 3:1
aspect ratio.

Oh. I don't know how to do that without distorting the image by stretching it out horizontally. :-(
