To unban a subscriber, log into groups.io, go to your group (/g/GROUPNAME)?and select Admin>Members from the left-side menu bar. Pull down the blue Members menu at top-left of the resulting page and select Banned from the list of values. Now tick the checkbox next to the person you want to unban, scroll down to the bottom and select "unban" from the Actions menu.

Actual email messages cannot be banned, and therefore cannot be unbanned. If you've reported a message as inappropriate, there is no way to withdraw the report; if you've deleted a message from the message archive, there is no way to retrieve it.
