At the risk of being wrong, as I am a complete newbie and am here
more to learn than teach, I believe you can change the group footer
going to Settings.
Here, I was able to find Settings just going to the "Admin" section.
Now, as I said, I can be completely wrong on this. Just thought I'd
throw my two cents trying to help :)
