Some of our group members get a rash when you say "Google" and really don't want to use Google Drive.
Are there integrations for storage platforms other than Google Drive?
Not as a formal integration. However, if you can create a public link to a drive that you want to share, you can put that link anywhere you want to in the group, including the home page html, message content, or your wiki (including the "sticky wiki"). This would effectively make drive content available to all subscribers, and is more or less how Google Groups manages file sharing. Navigation to and from the file repository would thus be somewhat clunky, but it should work.
The existing Google Drive integration is probably not what you are expecting. All it does is send any attachments that come through your group to the designated drive. It is a member integration, so you can't set one up for the entire group...but conceivably you could set one up for yourself (as owner) and share that drive back using any of the methods in the paragraph above.
I don't know of anyone who has played with this extensively so if you do so and come up with any tricks or tips please report back.
Hope this helps,
Bruce
