You have to select at least one entry in the Spam Control settings. If you don't want to manage membership requests by moderating posts, check only the Restricted Membership box. Anyone who accepts your invitation (and responds to the confirmation message*) will then be able to post immediately.

*If you have a Premium group, use Direct Add and they won't even have to do that.
