If you're transferring more than one group, especially if you have
subgroups, make sure you start from the home page of the group you
want to transfer before clicking on the Easy Transfer link at the
bottom of the page. You cannot click that link and then select another
group's name from the drop-down list to send orders for other groups.
The orders won't take.

I think you've confused yourself in some fashion. It doesn't seem possible that the information of where you were when you clicked on the Easy Transfer link could possibly matter to the rest of the process.

However, if you're certain of what you say please report the details to [email protected] - for that most certainly would be a bug. Include step by step what you did and what happened, or didn't happen.
