I suspect that whatever email client she is using (Microsoft Exchange?) is addressing her replies to the "From:" field instead of the "Reply-to:" field in the message header of groups.io emails. If this behavior is not configurable, she may have to switch to a different email client, or just get accustomed to typing in the group address manually. To provide more help we will need to know what client/software/program running on her iPad that she is using to download/compose/reply to messages. ?
