Your subscriber is likely attempting to reply to locked topics. Ask about what message(s) she is attempting to reply to and check for any controlling hashtags.

The Undeliverable message should include a reason why the message was undeliverable. Ask the user what the reason was.
I just did a quick test of trying to reply to a locked topic using an Outlook live Hotmail account. The Undeliverable message clearly shows the problem.
groups.io gave this error: Remote server returned an error -> 500 This topic has been locked by the moderators and can no longer be posted to.??
