You can just add them to the subgroup using the Admin > Subgroups menu item.? /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/Why-use-a-Subgroup? If you have a Welcome Notice set up for the subgroup, each person will receive that when you add them.? You could set up a Direct Add Notice for the subgroup instead (or in addition.)

Mark is constantly adding and 'adjusting' features, so corrections may be needed for some pages.
