Is this the correct settings so you can reply to one sender.

With that setting, all replies go to both the group AND the sender.? If you normally want replies to go to the group, select Reply to Group as the default.? The footer should have a Reply to Sender option shown.

A member of our group is getting this response which I have attached.? I emailed him individual and he is getting the response at the bottom of the image

That appears to be the home page of your group.? I don't see any errors or messages.
