David; there is another "checking" option that might be worth a look. Using the ordinary Files / Photos tabs (on the left!) open each in turn; each will show a cumulative total of the storage used that you can check against the figures given with the bargraph.
Unless your members are extraordinarily well - disciplined I wouldn't mind betting that there is a fair degree of duplication in your photo archive, along with more than a few "fuzzy-fotos" that serve no useful purpose whatsoever, so there may be some scope for some selective weeding, although I have to admit that getting rid of 700 MB worth will be time - consuming. And before you ask... post - upload photo size reduction is "sort of" possible but it is
extremely tedious and loses the identity of the individual originators of the photos.
It is worth testing Shal's question
Are you still allowed to upload new files or photos? If you can then something is
really adrift (might be better not to ask support!) but if you find new uploads are disabled then prompt action may be required to clear out some of the less useful material.
