The message has been rejected by the member's mail service.? The member or group mod need to determine the reason for the rejection by viewing the activity logs.?? "Note that bouncing activity information is accessible to individual users as well as group moderators. Any user can view their own bounce history by going into the Subscription page of their groups and clicking on Email Delivery History, or by going into their Account page and clicking on Recent Bounces."We (GMF) can only help if we know the error message returned by the mail service.
