But I have a bunch of drafts for messages that I haven’t backed out of and were posted normally. I’ll keep an ? on it.

Whenever you click on a link in an group email that says "view/reply online," groups.io automatically opens a response box. You have to remember to click on the "Discard" button to close it or you'll end up with a bunch of these "drafts."

I do not like this behavior and have complained about it in beta. But others seem to prefer it, so it is what it is.
