Minor Planets & Small Objects Comet tracking question.

In the Gemini Telescope Setup ASCOM menu, do I need to check the "Variable Move/Axis Rate" box or does the Minor Planets & Small Objects feature engage that automatically. Don't want to mess up anything.? ? Thanks, David ?
