Quick question on using the Minor Planets & Small Objects function before tracking a comet this weekend. In the Gemini Telescope Setup ASCOM menu, do I need to check the "Variable Move/Axis Rate" box

I gave up on trying to run a PEC curve, too few imaging nights for me to play around with it. With PHD2, the guiding using PPEC is doing just awesome for me. Still waiting for GemPro though. :)

If you have an old laptop, you could just set it up with Stellarium and run an Ethernet cable from the laptop to the Gemini II. Losmandy has a video on it, much more stable than WiFi. https://www.yout
