Re: Serial to USB connection
An alternative is to use a straight USB cable from PC to Gemini connected to the USB B (device) input on Gemini. With modern versions of Windows (10 or 11), this will automatically install a driver

Re: Serial to USB connection
If you wish to continue using serial, you need a cable from the serial port on the computer to a 6P6C modular connector. For the G1 you used a 4P4C connector wired thus: Computer 4P4C GND -> Pin 2, Tx

Correct, it they are not travel routers but OP didn't mention that in his original post.. He asked for a AP that can Extend his Wi-Fi w/o running a cable and mentions 12v power as a must, or

Re: 12V Exterior grade Wireless Access Point
Sure but AFAIK there are no nano or mini travel routers produced by Linksys and they are not the size of a deck of cards.? Additionally the Slate-AX is a full featured router and has all modern

Re: Serial connection to G2
The issue has been diagnosed and hopefully resolved :) The return value of the :Sc command (added in L5.3) was incorrectly interpreted by the ASCOM driver (it expected a # character at the end). That

Re: Spontaneous reboot of L6 Gemini 2
Hi Tom, This sounds like you had some hardware/electrical failure. Gemini doesn't go into boot loop unless it's power cycled or a serious error has occurred. Your USB hub failing could be related (or,
