Hi Trevor, the screen I wanted to see was with the Firmware version on it (Firmware/SRAM screen). But what I'm seeing from your screenshot, either the main unit firmware is not updated to 6.x or the servo PIC controller is not updated to v3.x. When these are up to date, the screen you attached should look like this (note the quadrupled RA/DEC step resolution checkboxes and the RA Positioning Resolution that's 4x greater than the one in your shot):

What would really be helpful is a screen shot of the physical hand controller screen when you navigate to Menu->HC->Info. This should show something like this (your graphics chip will most likely be different, as my HC is really old):
