Thanks for the suggestions, I did use GFU to do the firmware updates for the main unit and the hand controller.? I will continue to troubleshoot this issue and if I determine the issue, I will post it here.

FYI, I got no reason to believe that PEC is not working correctly.? The PEC run of PEMPro showed a reduction in the PEC error once the curve was uploaded to the mount.? This was measured using the main camera not the guide camera.

It appears that PHD2 is getting different information from the Gemini firmware that is causing incorrect DEC guiding correction, so I need to figure that out what needs to happen to fix it.
