Please try this file instead of the .uvproj file that was mentioned in the instructions. This is the complete project zip that you'll need to download and extract to your hard drive.

Then, in Keil debugger open the MB_BL_2024.uvproj file from this extracted zip archive and proceed as in the instructions. Please post your results. We'll update the instruction file with the latest project file a bit later.[edit: done!]
