You will probably get ticking in terrestrial mode as the system has no encoder signals. ?But it won¡¯t be trying to move the Ra etc.?

the ticking is warning of motor stall (Aka no encoder signal seen) but the Gemini system will work fine without motors ¡.that is connect etc. ?but no drive obviously?
