Also remember that the old 4 button controller(no LED readouts) that
was originally??? supplied with the early Gemini units also works with
the Gemini 2.??? It is still available from Losmandy.??? I think this is
the same unit that is used with the stepper motor non-goto units,
but since I have never seen a non-goto Losmandy mount I am not
sure.??? So with the Gemini 2 you have 3 choices of which buttons to
use.

I have that same problem using the hand control...Usually
"Guide" is too slow and accidently hitting the opposite
button drives the object right off if I am not counting
the times I press the button. How is this handled in
professional telescopes ?
