When my G11 was out of the box the whole system was totally wonky. The HC was replaced within weeks and the G11 work perfectly.
I also had the Gemini 2 replaced under warranty.

We had to replace our Gemini 2, along with the H/C back in August 2023. One of our members noticed that after the system starts up and initializes, the hand controller doesn't go to the "Home" screen, you have to push the "Back" button twice to get to the home screen. Is this normal, or do we have to do something to get it to start up in the home screen after initialization?
