This looks really nice, a possible issue for ¸é±ð²Ô¨¦ and this HC
beta list of corrections to do at some point.

There seems to be a synchronization issue between the HC stat
flags and the Gemini-2.? Several examples but the easiest
displays in this way:? On first entering the Flip Panel (status
<229 of 0x0) the panel buttons show "Activate ..." for East
and West.? Press each button and these display "Deactivate
...".? Exit the panel and re-enter the Filp Panel, now the
buttons display "Activate ...", the wrong status.? Obtain the
physical status on Gemini-2 using the ASCOM Terminal (<229)
this displays 0x03, both as active.? Restart Gemini-2 and upon
entry into the Flip Panel the buttons read "Deactivate ...", the
correct status.
