One thing you can do to test this is set a limit that is much different than your current one to avoid any RA Stall interactions. As you approach the limit, it should exhibit the slow to fast beeping. If you can confirm that, then we know that part is working correctly

Okay, but why were the beeps so erratic and random, sounded like it was an issue all on its own. It was right before it reached its limit and there was no normal beeping from the limit being reached. Was the beeping the limit beeps being distorted by the RA Stall!?

I already know the limit beeping is operating correctly, after I loosened the spring, I tested it.
