+1 to Art and David! It’s prob not allowing you to save b/c it duplicates the (incorrect) gateway address.

Ping it to verify. Open a cmd window and type ping -t 192.168.1.1 to see if you get a response?

This is a Windows 11 quirk. It's definitely possible to save it, although I forget the exact details. You'll want to hunt this down as a Windows 11 thing (google may give you some good leads here). i'm not in front of a computer right now
