My latest 2.4GHz amplifier project using a pallet from bisonelectronics-sp2iyr on Ebay and modified to give 75-80W from a 28 volt supply at 15 amps max and a max drive level of 250mW.
P1dB is around 50-60W at about 31dB gain
(conversion details will be in the next issue of CQ-TV and I will post the article as a file on this site)
Heatsink is PS200/250 from GD Rectifiers
Box is Hammond 1550J (275x175x67)
I used the original semi rigid cables as I had some although I convert most pallets to take SMA so you would still need to make up semi rigid RG-402 cables so as not to put too much load on the SMA sockets.
