I am totally astonished by you fowl view of things, what has happened to Andy is totally out of his control, I have dealt with Hostgator in the past, they can be a bleeding nightmare.
I was involved with Andy in the early days of DX Kits, I can assure you that Andy is a gentleman, who? is totally dedicated to Amateur Radio in both mind and spirit.
There are a lot of good Amateur Radio operators in this group that get many hours of pleasure from what Andy has produced for us all, he put hundreds of hours work into the G6LBQ Multiband.
I was there to help Andy get things off the ground, this we did together, then I had other commitments and handed it all over to him, it was a great pleasure working with him and I enjoyed helping him to assist the Ham community with his fantastic G6LBQ.
I have never had any copyright to any of Andy's work, it was always his interlectual property.
Take no notice of this fool Andy, there is one born every minute, I am proud to have been part of DX Kits and will always assist Andy in anyway I can.
