No lignans. The flax seeds should be freshly ground and added to the FO/CC. Lignans in the oil are of no value and only accupy space better used for the oil. Rod in MN/USA

You can use the flax oil with lignans but it isn't necessary. It is recommended you buy the one without as you will be getting plenty of lignans in the freshly ground flaxseeds. Best wishes Julie,?
