Re: Barleans Flax Oil
No lignans. The flax seeds should be freshly ground and added to the FO/CC. Lignans in the oil are of no value and only accupy space better used for the oil.

Re: Barleans Flax Oil
You can use the flax oil with lignans but it isn't necessary.
It is recommended you buy the one without as you will be getting plenty of lignans in the freshly ground flaxseeds.
Best wishes
Julie,?

making quark from goat milk
Hi everyone, I've been using goat yogurt since I cannot tolerate cow
dairy and cannot locate the goat variety of cottage cheese for

Re: Quark Substitute
The cottage cheese has a free sulphur, which makes the FOCC both water soluble and insoluble so is more easily assimilated by the body. There is no other product dairy or not that has this

Re: Quark substitute?
There is no actual evidence of Greek yogurt being a substitute, although the topic has come up a few times. May I ask why you wouldn't be able to use quark or cottage cheese? Are you alergic to

Re: Quark substitute?
Radiation and tamoxifen are a big NO. You are correct in letting your body heal with the Budwig Protocol. No more poison.
I believe you can use plain Greek yogurt but I¡¯ll let someone else answer

Hi Dean and all members,
I haven't read the book you've listed, but if our members are interested in buying a book, I highly recommend that they buy Dr. Johanna Budwig's book, The Oil-Protein Diet

Look into vitamin D, maitake d-fraction 4x, topical frankincense essential oil, modified citrus pectin, ip6/inositol -- all budwig compatible.
