Look into LDN. It will boost your immune system and if like me, give you years, not months. Do it with Budwig.

I have to say that I am really scared. I have a really aggressive form of mCRC and it seems like my last chance at beating this thing.?

This is the only method so far where I know of survivors and I am putting my trust in this method as my only other options are a chemo pill for a 6 month extension or clinical trials and most are phase 1 from for my cancer.?

I contacted the Budwig Clinic and they kinda want me to reset and restart with the detox. It's a bit frustrating since I have kinda started already. With only 5 1/2 months left projected lifespan, I was hoping to get to month 2 asap.

?Yes Beckie,

Heather Wibbles at MassageByHeather.com has a good series of self massage videos. One of them is Self Lymph Drainage Massage by MassageByHeather.com in Louisville, KY.webm

I seem to remember that she starts off doing lymph drainage of the head and neck, which teaches you the basics.

Some other of her videos are
Heather Wibbels
Abdomen and trunk I

Abdomen and trunk II

Enjoy ,

Hello everyone. As for detox may I suggest to anyone who has not tried it, lymphatic massage. I had never had one and I’m dealing with ovarian cancer. My first session I came home and my urine was dark. This was great because I’ve been on Budwig sense September. it was an indication that I was sloughing off toxins and dead cancer cells. Along with the Budwig diet I am using lymphatic massage about once a week or once every other week. It’s incredibly relaxing.

?As long as we’re on the subject of alternative therapies, I have been researching chlorine dioxide. I do not have cancer, however, my elderly mom does (renal), so I research for her. She began the Budwig protocol when first diagnosed, but without a gallbladder, the oil was too much for her system and she had to stop after about 4 months. She is using another alternative med that hasn’t eliminated her cancer, but her last annual scan showed the tumor has stopped growing.

I recently started researching CL02. It is an oxidizer with some pretty big claims, arthritis, cancer, diabetes, etc. (and NOT bleach as called by the fda and mainstream media). I will share some sites below if anyone wants to do their own research. Know that some information on this is being censored, so at times I have to use the Freespoke app to find what I’m looking for. I have ordered Andreas Kalcker’s book, Forbidden Health, and look forward to learning more. (“...?his second book "Forbidden Health" shows us how the recovery of diseases from A to Z considered impossible to cure in the past, obtains a remarkable success, but opens a wide controversy in the world of conventional science of the "Establishment".)

My experience with CL02... I came down with a virus so thought it was the perfect time to see what the stuff could do. I used MMS followed the starting protocol, but upped my dosage when it didn’t seem to be eliminating the virus. After four days, I had a herx reaction and stopped dosing. That lasted about a day. I didn’t continue dosing as directed (backing down to half the dosage amount and slowly building back up) because we had social engagements coming up and I didn’t want to feel sick. So although it didn’t totally wipe out the virus (a lung/throat/cough thing), what I realized on about the third day of dosing was that my knee pain and stiffness was greatly reduced! After reading Forbidden Health, I plan on doing a detox protocol after the holidays.

Here are sites with information that I found informative:
The Universal Antidote (TUA) documentary was made by a nurse after researching CL02 for two years. He sites his work in one of the documents on this site.

This is an interview of Andreas Kalcker by the nurse that made TUA documentary. There are other informative interviews on this Rumble channel.

Lastly, there are clinical trials on CDS happening in different parts of the world.
After 15 years of research, Andreas Kalcker maintains that his magisterial formula of Chlorine Dioxide in aqueous form or CDS is also the definitive solution for Coronavirus since it has no negative side effects, something that has been fully demonstrated in international multicenter clinical trials and by the 3000 Doctors of the international organization??with a presence in more than 24 countries with more than 20.000 registered in the Forum, and of which Kalcker is also an honorary member and co-founder. In 2021 he was awarded the Doctor honoris causa for his work from the Executive University of the State of Mexico.”

Good morning, Dean. I don't shout it from the rooftops, because people always want to see numbers and I only have a story. I do have Navarro test results over time but a lot of people dismiss that.

You see, once we realized what was causing my 24/7 headaches, stomach pains, middle back pain, chest pain, chronic fatigue, and the inability to swallow food unless it was chewed up into mush, it was already too late. I was told my best bet would be to try and get into a trial. I never went back. That was over 7 years ago. I went home and got on the computer and searched. I came across Budwig by accident when I found out about a protocol called Cellect/Budwig where a doctor cured his late stage pancan with a mixture of anti-oxidants and Budwig. Of course he then marketed his concoction but that was above my means. However, I looked more into the Budwig aspect and that led me to this group.

I followed strictly and after 6 months all my symptoms were gone but for the headaches and the obstruction in my throat. Than I added coffee enemas. Not sure if that made the difference but a few months later I awoke without a headache for the first time in over a year. My Navarro numbers also had dropped.

But, even though I was healthy physically I was miserable mentally. I had read that some people had success with just the FO/CC and a "regular" diet so I started eating as I did prior to Budwig and sure enough, my symptoms started to return. I got back on schedule again and after a few months I was again symptom free. But, I was still miserable. I decided that Budwig would have to coexist with the occasional slice of pizza or taco, etc. So I would stick to the "propper" foods all week and Sunday became my cheat day. I found I could stay symptom free as long as I didn't go overboard and if I had to eat FO/CC for the rest of my life and still enjoy life I was good with that.

I went through a difficult period in the fall of 2018 when I was informed that my lease on my woodshop would not be renewed because the owners were going to start a business there. The stress was immense as I couldn't find anything near that would suffice. I eventually moved to the city near my daughter and for about 2 weeks with the move and getting all set up in a new place I was unable to follow the protocol. Eating fast food, no kitchen to juice or make FO/CC, the stress, etc, brought my cancer back with a vengeance. I didn't think I was going to come back from this one. But, once I got settled in and able to get back to Budwig with no cheating, I made the comeback again.

I am convinced that if you can stay on schedule and stay away from foods that you aren't supposed to eat, you will have success.

But, I couldn't, so I have experimented with other avenues to compliment Budwig in order to overcome my weaknesses.

I gotta go for now, got some sawdust to make.

Good Morning,

Dr. B. allowed hard cheeses like gouda, edam, etc, in the protocol. I like gouda so would eat that, and I also enjoy extra sharp cheddar although not sure if that is "high quality". I healed from stage 4 lung cancer however so I guess it is "high" ehough. Stuff like american cheese would not be considered acceptable.

All the best, Rod in MN/USA

I am in week 2 of the Budwig Protocol and I'm wondering what is meant by High Quality Dairy in the Oil-Protein Cookbook from 1952.

Can/Should I eat any cheese?
