Re: Losing faith
Malcolm
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýThank you Julie. My depression has much improved in the last few weeks. It may be due to the BP being started 6-7 weeks ago, with the anti-depressant Citalopram being started about the same time, so cannot be sure which helped. TBH, I don¡¯t really care as long as can get back to some normality. I plan to try getting weaned off the drug after a year or so but doubt I will drop the BP diet (going back to unhealthy foods/drinks) so I will then see if the diet does contribute to a healthy mental state. After my next blood test, I am very hopeful that my PSA level has continued to fall, thus proving the diet¡¯s effectiveness. Best wishes. Malcolm You receive all messages sent to this group. How much and what brand of Artemisinin are you taking? I started my mom on Artemisinin as well at 200 mg per day. On month and taking a week off currently

Re: Fw: cancer alternative
Well, lung cancer is what I have been dealing with. I did start having stomach pain toward the end of my stint with the protocol. Those pains went away shortly after I stopped the fenben. I am having far better results with artemisia annua in addition to the BP. If I could commit to the diet restrictions, plant based and no flour etc, I would be all clear I am sure. I do eat raw every other day, but when I cook food I eat things I am not supposed to. But life is more than just being alive and I was miserable when I was eating only plant based diet so I decided to find a compromise and if I have to eat FO/CC every morning for the rest of my life sobeit. I tried the fenben protocol because TIppins stated he didn't change his diet and still beat cancer, but he was also in an imunotherapy study when he did it so there is that. Re: Heart Palpitations
Hi Frances, Peter and Paulee
Thanks for the replies. I'll consider hawthorn berry capsules if magenesium capsules don't do the trick.? It came to me late last night that I'm consuming a lot of calcium in the kefir cheese and that there needs to be a ballance between calcium and magnesium.? Maybe, that's why Johanna Budwig strongly suggested a salad for lunch.? I don't consume many salads.? I find the FOCC very filling.? Greens contain a good amount of magnesium.? I took a 500 mg. capsule of Magnesium Malate about an hour before bed and the palpitations were far less frequent and weaker.? Immediately after my morning FOCC, the palpitations returned, although less frequent and weaker than before.? About? histamine, I've never had a problem before.? I'll do some research on it.? Peter thanks for suggesting body relaxation techniques.? I'll research Feldenkrais movements. |

Re: Losing faith
Hi Julie
Fresh pineapple juice is said to relieve a cough. If you try it, juice the core too as it has the highest concentration of bromelain, the digestive enzyme which would also be very helpful to your mum. Look online for different cough remedies including pineapple juice, you can add other healthy ingredients to it such as turmeric and raw honey. Good luck, you are a wonderful daughter! Best wishes Julie, UK /Italy |

Re: Heart Palpitations
Also thinking there is a lot of high histamine foods in this diet that might put u over the top if u have a histamine intolerance. It would be over for me at saurcraut.? If your stomach has any bacterial overgrowth this could be the problem. Dear Group, |
Re: Heart Palpitations
I wonder if u have a histamine intolerance and the bacteria in the cheese is revving u up?? Just a thought.? I get them from time to time amd they seem to coincide with fast pulse.? Do u check your pulse?? I believe in my case though It¡¯s only a guess that it coincides with something I¡¯m eating and they take a good while to simmer down then I¡¯m fine.? Scary though.? Like if I drink coffee or eat chocolate or certain types of amines in foods ¡ it¡¯s bad. Dear Group, |

Re: Fw: cancer alternative
I did that for 6 months a couple of summers ago. It did nothing for me. I was a member of their facebook group and it seemed that most folks who were seeing results were also doing conventional treatments. I saw a lot of people disappear from that group without announcement and a lot of loved ones selling or giving away leftover dewormer after their loved one died. I left that group as they didn't want to discuss any other natural treatments. Re: Fw: cancer alternative
Yes. that's the JT protocol and I am aware of it. However, most of these folks are on it alongside chemo... Not sure if we can chance this since my mom wanted to steer away from drugs
