Re: H pylori and FOCC

Ron Muscella

Yes Diana,
I had h.pylori in 2014...after two years with melanoma and? being on the Budwig protocol.
I continued with FOCC and also the diet , which? actually is geared to fighting h.pylori.
The greens on the diet , e.g. like broccoli, Brussels sprouts etc? fight that invasive intestinal bug.
Unfortunately.....when i went to the doctors he prescribed Pylera...a triple antibiotic.
I had to take 120 pills in 10 days.....later on I founf that tore my gut apart.
So if you go that route with allopathic medicine,
.....ensure you take plenty of probiotics......raw and ferments edibles like sauerkraut/kimchi.
Even kefir works to restore the microbiome.
Also what I found to be helpful was monolaurin.... extracted from coconut oil.
Finally...what helped a lot was Amy King's website.
Look at it and you will find plenty of helpful information.

Ron

Dr. Budwig's Protocol in 15 Key Points

Below are Guidelines in brief of the Budwig Diet?¨C you don¡¯t have to consume all the foods on this list. Membership to Budwig-videos.com gives you videos or articles in detail about each item below. This information is from Dr. Budwig¡¯s books.

1. 1st thing in AM¨CSauerkraut Juice, preferably raw & homemade [We have a video on our site showing how to make it] . Raw unheated kraut has enzymes, probiotics and vitamins which help the digestive system metabolize foods & improve immunity. Most sauerkraut sold in stores is pasteurized [heated] and nutrients are damaged. It won¡¯t help as much.

2. Just before breakfast¨C green or herbal tea

3. Breakfast¨C3 Tbs. Flax Oil & 6 Tbs. Quark or Cottage Cheese+ 3 Tbs. milk if needed for thinning, well blended. After blending, add 2 Tbsp flax seeds, freshly ground, add fresh fruit, fruit juice, raw nuts, 1 tsp raw honey. Afterward, if hungry, choose whole grain bread, raw vegetables, & an oz of quality cheese: Edam, Gouda, Emmentaler, Sbrinz or Camembert.

4. Mid-morning ¨C Homemade Vegetable Juice (carrots, beets w/lemon or apple, or greens) . Homemade carrot or beet juices are very important cancer-fighters.

5. Before Lunch ¨C Champagne or sparkling wine with 1 Tbs of flaxseeds[freshly ground] OR ground flax seeds in small glass of fruit juice. The champagne helps with absorption of the seeds.

6. SUNBATHING outside 10 to 20 minutes around noon [weather permitting] without sun lotion or glasses, expose as much skin as possible. Avoid washing with soap after sunbathing. Give the vitamin D time to be made and absorbed[24-48 hours]

7. Lunch ¨C raw vegetable salad or vegetable plate + Budwig dressing. If still hungry, boiled or steamed veggies, grains and beans, lentils, or potatoes. [If a member of this site, see ¡°DINNER¡± in the Menu for over 25 recipes]

8. Lunch Dessert ¨C It¡¯s important to have a 2nd serving of 3 Tbs. Flax Oil & 6 Tbs. Quark or Cottage Cheese with a little milk, well blended. Add raw fruit, fruit juice, raw nuts, raw honey and/or other flavors you like.

9. Mid-afternoon ¨C 1 Tbs. whole flaxseeds, freshly ground & added to 3 to 8 oz of pure fruit juice, homemade or store bought.

10. STRESS REDUCTION/RELAXATION PRACTICE ¡ª Meditation to relax the mind, EFT to change thinking, & other techniques that reduce stress as shown on the Budwig-Videos website for those who join. [EFT is Emotional Freedom Technique]. Chronic stress can be very damaging. [We have a video for relaxation methods for members of this site.]

11. Late afternoon ¨C Papaya or pineapple juice, 3 to 8 oz, with 1 Tbs. whole flaxseeds, freshly ground.

12. Dinner ¨C Cooked grains and nutritional yeast flakes such as Red Mill Nutritional Yeast with B12 or grains with vegetables w/oleolux, nutritional yeast flakes & spices. Vegetables such as spinach, asparagus, broccoli, & cabbage add cancer-fighting nutrition. Grains suggested by Dr. Budwig: brown rice, buckwheat, millet and oats. Dine early.

13. Evening ¨C 1 glass Red Wine [optional]. Go to sleep early ¨C before 10pm if possible.

14. AVOID chemicals, preservatives, damaging fats, meats/poultry/eggs/fish, sugar, sugar substitutes, highly processed foods, most supplements, ozone treatments, dental infections and wean off drugs if possible [under doctor¡¯s care]

15. Most people do not need ELDI oils, which Dr. Budwig created mainly for patients who are too weak to eat. These oils are sold in Germany. They are rubbed on the skin or used as an enema if needed. [Some people make a version of ELDI oil at home by mixing 75% flax oil with 25% wheat germ oil to help preserve it. ]

Re: Interesting about flaxseeds - Allen

Hi Allen,

I suggest that you go to my website at Budwig-videos.com and review the video on the front page to see how to make the flaxseed oil-cottage cheese muesli. Then, click on the word 'Fundamentals' at the top of the front page to see the daily program from Dr. Budwig's books. Next, you can consider joining the website to get plenty of recipes, some on video, others written out with a photo added of the finished dish. There is also information about how to make sauerkraut. Store-bought sauerkraut has been pasteurized, most of the enzymes have been killed. Neither corn nor peanut butter are part of Dr. Budwig's diet. However, Cole slaw is good for you. It takes about 3 months of being on the full diet, as shown in 'Fundamentals' on my website, for significant changes to begin.?

Kind regards,
Sandra

Morning Sandra

?

I e-mailed the group a while back that I had prostate cancer that had spread to the bone .I did not go on the budwig diet right then as I wanted to see if the conventional treatment would bring down my psa.

Well 3 different treatments were tried and none worked .

Five weeks ago I started on the budwig .

I was wondering how long I would have to be on the diet to have any effect .like less pain.

I had a psa test last Thurs but will not know the results until the end of Aug as my urologists¡¯

is on vacation.

Can I eat corn on the cob .sugar free organic pea butter.

How can one make coleslaw without Mayo.

I bought some sauerkrault is that better then no sauerkrault.

Can you send me the recipe on how to make budwig dressing and sauerkrault

I thank you Sandra? for any answers that you can give me .????????

Artemisinin. It is the "active ingredient" of artemisia annua and has shown to be effective in apoptosis of cancer cells. One issue with artiminsinin capsules is that the concentration isn't always consistant and there are some makers that are selling outright garbage. I didn't learn until much later that the actual herb, annua, is 50 times more bioavailable than the concentrate but only has about 1% of the artemisinin so you need to take a lot of it. It was hard on my stomach so I started making a "tea" to take with my coffee in an anema. That was when things really started to change for me.

There are doctors and clinics who can give higher concentrations of artemisinin as well as different derivatives and have had success, but we don't have access to those methods.

When I started the protocol I was experimenting with a lot of things so cannot say what did what and to how great an effect.

Re: Interesting about flaxseeds

My problem always was diet discipline so I kept searching for additions that would compensate for that. If you have good diet discipline and follow the basic intentions of the protocol I don't know that anything else is necessary. But, BP isn't 100% successful so as long at there isn't any clash I don't see a problem. It has always been suggested to do anti-oxidant supplements a couple of hours away from the FO/CC and I think the same should be done with other additionals such as arte, fenben, ip6/inositol, b-17, etc.

You can use the flax oil with lignans but it isn't necessary.
It is recommended you buy the one without as you will be getting plenty of lignans in the freshly ground flaxseeds.
