Please educate me!
I am confused about the lignans subject.
The Barleans flaxseed oil does not use the word "lignans," it just lists
the types and amounts of different fats.

You want cold pressed organic flax oil, NO lignans. Brand is not important. I used Piping Rock and Puritan's Pride flax oil to heal my stage 4 nsclc. It costs a whole lot less, and seems to work
