Re: Tooth Infection
Oil pulling, yes.?? I? used to use 1 TBS coconut oil, and swish for 10-20 minutes. This was difficult for me. Now I have learned to use CASTOR OIL, only 1 tsp and swish for 1-2 minutes. This seems to have the same effect, and is much easier for me. Rahel Jeruslem On Sun, Apr 7, 2024 at 2:14?PM Jenny McCarthy via <mccar6=[email protected]> wrote:

Re: Weight Loss
We generally use carrot, red beet, green apple juice sometimes carrot, red beet, celery.? In fact, after taking a break from this fruit juice for about 1 month, anemia started. Maybe it's a coincidence. We add things like blueberries, raisins, walnuts, bananas and avocados to the muesli. |

Re: Weight Loss
There are different types of fructose, but high fructose corn syrup is present in almost all processed foods and soft drinks. Many studies focus on this type of fructose which is linked to chronic illnesses. One option is to eat mostly lower-fructose fruits and less starchy vegetables. Moderation, I believe, is key. And, fruit has important nutrients that we need.

Re: Weight Loss
"He must stop ALL sugars and carbs" I have to disagree with this, as does the protocol. Juicing is a large part of the protocol, including carrots, beets, apples, pineapple, etc. Processed sugar has no value, but "sugar" from fruits, berries and vegetables are not the same. I ate apricot seeds off and on, didn't really see much difference. That doesn't say they won't help, but nothing significant in my experience. Apricot Power was the brand. I also drank Essiac tea for a few years, and when I stopped that I also didn't notice any change either so I also question it's efficacy. When taking things that might conflict, such as anti-oxidants, one should take them at least 2 hours apart from the flax oil and cottage cheese.
