I agree with Rusty and others.? This list is
not geared for prevention.? I believe that all on this list are beyond
prevention and are?working at?a cure.? NHY may be controversial
and blunt but he has a lot to offer regarding his own research and
advice.

You appear to be attempting to persuade members to
use flax seeds instead of oil and attempting to prove that it is better than
oil.? Please do that on your own list.? Also, reading previous posts
you made, you appear to be discrediting?Budwig's work because she did not
publish in medical journals.

I sincerely hope that you folks actually read
these posts. I do not critisize the work Cliff and the others are engaged in.
I haven't bashed it, in fact I have supported it. But I have said that enough
and will not drone on and on about it.Carefull readers of the list understand
my position and I won't bore them by saying it again. I have started a group
that is entended to help spread the word of Flax Seed, flaxhealth-subscribe@...?it
is geared for folks who are more interested in the health benefits and not as
part of a cure. I do everyone to join, Cliff and I discussed and he thought it
was a good idea as well. As for the post to NHY, well that was self
explanatory and I would like to thank all of you who supported my position. I
have since come to realize that he is a plain old trouble maker and I won't
respond to him again, unless ofcourse we actually wants to discuss something
constructive.
