So then it is like centrifugic-forces which change
, by seperating two or three substancearound, as like cream from milk. Now in
flaxseed it is oil from what?

Erasmus, in his books on oils, was my source concerning the
advisibility of handling flax oil gently.? He said to not shake the oil
too much.? I don't think he's concerned with "thickness," but with actual
damage to the nutritional qualities of this extremely fragile
oil.
It's interesting to note, in this connection, that people
that use powdered Whey protein products, have recently been advised to blend
it into their drinks without rough handling, or at high speed in their
electrical blenders, as that might degrade the protein.
When I was a raw milk drinker, I remember hearing that the
best carton of milk you could drink, was one that you got when you went
directly to the factory where the milk was first processed into containers,
and drank it immediately.
The closer you are to your supplier, the
better.

Not just prolonged exposure to heat, but even prolonged
rough handling of the oil, continued shaking of the container can degrade
flax oil.?? ?John.
What will rough handling cause the flaxseed oil to do? I was reading we are
to what turn it upside down, let the L's distribute around to their proper
place, every time we use the bottle of oil..Now wait here I'm lost again.,
If I do this every time I use the oil, then this will what make it to think,
or not thick enough, or the chemicals change, what happens. And scientific
I'm not so use codes, but English here please to explain this to me and
others reading this.
?
See cream from the cow..if we shake it to
much each time we use it, turns to butter. Let me give you an example. We
bought a pint of cream to use in daily food. I was also using it in tea and
coffee. I kept noticing each time I took it out to put it was getting
thicker. I investigated, thinking maybe it was going sour. But when I opened
the container..WOW ! I had the evening butter ready for the breads I was
serving as well. So then is this the way flaxseed oil reacts when it is
turned and shook to often?
