VERY wise you are..and please let us know the results. When Cliff gets back home, he is no doubt going to be reading these same post. I have an idea he will be telling us the same thing about sterilizing and having clean everything. Essential oils can be very dangerous if not handles also properly..there is usually warnings on labels. Take heed to everything we put on, in, or around the body. Things will also absorb into the flesh very easily through pours of the skin. TRY a dab of this on the flesh before every using it as prescribed. If by chance it begins to itch, or burn, or fester than wash it off and never use it.
?
Now I've been using the flaxseed oil in my eyes have had no problems so far.And I have noticed some change in my eyesight. Last time I was checked for glasses was two and half years ago..but I have tri-focal and they are great for my kind of work. But the doctor said even then my eyes had gotten better..I had had a lazy like eye. I was at this time using flaxseed oil in the eyes. Not everyday, but whenever the eyes begin to get tired or the sinuses begin to bother me. But I learned to put it in the eyes just before going to bed, this way the eyes could rest and be healing at the same time. Never once did I notice anything wrongly. I would take the bottle from the refrigerator and carefully fill the eye-dropper, which I buy at a drug store for around 25 cents. I would first boil some water, and poor it into the bottle and immediately dump it out, turning it over on a sterilized gauze. I always wanted to be SAFE as possible.

Subject: [FlaxSeedOil2] FO in the eyes- infection?

? After reading a few posts about some getting what may appear to be
infection after dropping FO into the eyes, I have a few questions:
? 1)was the eye dropper bottle sterile?
? 2)if it was a used bottle, what was in it? Some essential oils leave a
noticable residue even after rinsing throughly. This could be a source of
irritation.

? My mother will be trying the FO in the eyes soon for cataracts. Based on
what I've see here, I will mix a small amount of colloidal silver in the
oil, although it may not mix well. Please don't post warning me about the
dangers of colloidal silver (properly made that is) used in the eyes. It is
pure hogwash. Your eyes won't turn blue, and it does work well for eye
infections. I now make my own CS with a system from
. The amount I will use is just enough to kill
any pathogen that "may" be in the oil.
