- I am not finding cottage cheese or quark .. is there any other alternative to replace this .
Strain yogurt using cheesecloth or similar. It makes thick yogurt, called greek yogurt, labneh, etc. It has the same amount of protein as cottage cheese and is a suitable alternative.

- is FO spreading mandatory on salads
No, just a way to add more flax oil. if a vinaigrette is used anyways, just substitute the salad oil with flax oil. But can just do no oil salad with vinegar, etc. Important thing is to not use any other type of oil, as the body needs to maximum use the flax oil, and not choose the salad oil instead

- making sauerkraut juice takes time to get it fermented, any alternative to it in initial days till it get ready or skip it first one week.
SPEED 3-5 DAY SAUERKRAUT

Chop cabbage finely and put in blender, put water up like 1/2 way up the cabbage, and liquify it. Add some salt, and put it in a jar with a lid that you can put an airlock on. 

It will take about 3 days to ferment, depending on how warm it is. If you want to speed up, keep it near a warm place in the house.

You can eat it like this, or afterwards blend it even more, as after fermentation it liquifies more easily. 

Personally, I add like 1/4 to 1/3 cup of this to my vegetable juice

Once you have the first batch, to speed up fermentation on the next one, use 1/4 cup of the old batch.  
- what vegetables to consider in salad
Budwig says this: "All types of lettuce may be used for the salad platter, as well as grated tubers, carrots, kohlrabi, radishes, comfrey root"

An important one is the white radish. I think called Mooli in India. You can finely chop it into slivers for the salad.
- how much we need to cook vegetables for dinner. Should we use coconut oil for it 
coconut oil is the only oil allowed for frying, but better to use water to cook and try to avoid oils. This is so the body will use the flax oil quicker. 

For frying only use coconut oil, as it is the most heat stable oil, but see if she will tolerate, either small quantities for frying or using water. 

There is a mixture called oleolux that uses coconut and flaxoil that Budwig made that takes great. But you cannot fry with it as the flax oil is too sensitive to heat. It's just to be added later to the vegetables you steam/boil. Oleolux tastes good, the recipe is online. 

Also can be used instead of butter to flavor whole grain chapati/breads, which is allowed in small quantities
- adding other juices like ashguard , bitter guard is ok or shouldn¡¯t do them?

yes, bitter guard is very excellent. Add it to the juicer. With the white radish. 

The vegetables that Budwig recommends to make her juice are carrot, apple, celery, cucumber. Beets are very good as well. I like to do cabbage as well. She also recommends to make juice out of nettles

- eating greens like curry leaves, neam leaves etc does have any impact
yes, those are excellent.
- what other supplements to take apart from BP
Raw garlic, several cloves a day, minced and crushed. Hot peppers for the capsaicin, eaten with oil is better, so with same meals as the budwig or with the salad with oil

any types of mushrooms you can get ahold of. Variety is good. 

You are allowed to take tea in the morning. Best is matcha tea. If not available, get white tea, or young leave green tea and powder it a grinder. Drink the tea water, and the tea powder.

Spices: Turmeric powder, mixed in flax oil with black pepper powder added. The oil and pepper will increase absorption many times. 
- Black Cumin Kalonji, powdered 
Fruit: red or black grapes with seeds is best, amla, plum, all berries like raspberry, strawberry and similar

Seaweed like kelp, nori, also chlorella.
