This is the URL for the group:

From there people can learn the protocol and ask questions.

Another great resource is Sandra's site:

Off topic, sorry. I never post to this board. Can I have the link to the group / main email address -- this is such a remarkable source for
Budwig Protocol support & knowledge, but I am not sure how to connect people to it.

Thank you.

I would try a different golden flax seed then. Askegarrd Farms is in Moorhead, just across the river from Fargo. I'd think their seeds would be available to you, but don't know exactly where you is. I have never had a problem with Askegaard, or Red's for that matter.

At different times, before finding the farm in the Dakotas, we have ?bought both golden and dark brown seeds at a nearby store The latter were easy to clean up with a brush or cloth, but the golden ones were ?sticky, regardless of their source. ?Even a fine sandpaper doesn’t help much, but unfortunately, my husband wants to stick (not a pun) to them. ?Will have to wait till morning to check on the name of our coffee grinder. It was about the simplest and cheapest offered on Amazon.
