Kyle - what kind of press do you have?? And have you had times where instead of the oil coming cleanly out of the slits in the bottom and the dry cake coming out the front, you get a sticky, gooey mass coming out the slits and gumming up the works?

Seeds are typically stored at low moisture levels of 5-6% to prevent mold, while 8-10% is required for good, clean pressing without gumming up the press.?
