Not sure I would throw it out, but I wouldn't use it for BP. If it is made for cooking, I would just cook with it until gone.

I would throw it out.? I don't know what processing they did to it that they are calling "distilled," but pure unprocessed FSO such as Barleans cannot be used for cooking.? Apparently they've done something to it to make it resistant to oxidation, so it cannot be used for the Budwig protocol.
