The seeds also contain valuable amounts of papain, therefore a great addition.
They can be blended into the papaya juice but as you say, there many, many seeds in one fruit, which might be too much for one¡¯s taste.
A good suggestion is to use them in a pepper mill after drying them. They shouldn¡¯t be exposed to heat, therefore, add them after serving the meal.?
I forgot to mention earlier that green, unripe papaya contains more papain.
