I have used several of the following along with FOCC (important!). My knees are supposedly bone-on-bone, but almost no symptoms except a bit of stiffness.

So, cancer was pretty easy to DIY following the advice of Sandra and Dr B, but I now have a different issue at hand.? I am getting older and having spent the vast majority of my entire adult life on my feet, I am experiencing significant hip joint pain.? Surgery is not an option.? I have read a bunch on supplements that address the issue, but thought I'd tap into the brain trust of thousands of holistic minded people and see if anyone else has tackled this issue without the "help" of doctors and hospitals.
